Fast easy hassle free process
Saw the car online. Called up and organised a test drive later that day. Car was washed and hoovered. I was greeted by Henry who was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the test drive I was shown all documents referring to the car. Was told how the car would be prepared with a 12 month mot, a full service and a comprehensive warranty. When I came to pick the car up it was fully prepared as promised. Henry took me through the online process efficiently explaining all the steps involved. Would recommend to anyone.

Positive experienced. I explained to Henry exactly what I wanted from a car eg low tax. Reliable. Low mileage and he immediately advised me. He was professional, no pressure put on me. He went the ‘extra mile’ to help me. I've never felt compelled to leave an online review for anything before. But in 35 years of car buying, I've never experienced such fabulous after sales service.
Bought a cheap £2500 for my son. The car was in excellent condition with a 6 month warranty.
After a couple of months, noted the aircon wasn't working. An examination revealed a damaged condensor. I'm pretty confident 99% of garages would have stated 'happened after you bought it'. However, it was replaced without question.
I also asked if they could adjust the handbrake. They replaced all the brake shoes and a wheel bearing for good measure. Again, most garages would have argued 'wear and tear'. Just fantastic service.
They clearly stand by their own warranty and its just a refreshing change to deal with people who display such care to their customers.

We have never had such wonderful service from a garage. After panicking with a tyre puncture, I arrived without an appointment and was immediately attended to by Henry. He would order a new tyre. I was then driven home by Chris and told that my car would be delivered to our home in a couple of hours. Henry, Chris and Steve arrived with our car as they had arranged, and we were given good news. They had managed to repair the car so they saved us about £150. Their kindness was overwhelming and so rare these days. Thanks to all the staff for such a positive experience.
